{"id":365,"date":"2016-09-26T02:08:58","date_gmt":"2016-09-26T02:08:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/acreditare.md\/about-us\/"},"modified":"2020-10-20T09:00:38","modified_gmt":"2020-10-20T06:00:38","slug":"despre-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/acreditare.md\/en\/despre-2\/","title":{"rendered":"MOLDAC"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;<b>ACREDITARE <\/b> &#8211; COMPETEN\u0162\u0102 \u015eI \u00ceNCREDERE&#8221; font_container=&#8221;tag:h2|font_size:25|text_align:center|line_height:1&#8243; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221; el_class=&#8221;mb-3&#8243;][vc_column_text]National Accreditation Centre from Republic of Moldova (MOLDAC) is a public institution, monitored by a specialized body of the central public administration in charge of quality infrastructure, established by\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/acreditare.md\/public\/files\/documente_informative\/eng\/1%20Legea%20235%20cu%20modificari%20ENG%2007.02.19.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Law No. 235 of 01.12.2011 on accreditation and conformity assessment activities<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>MOLDAC is the sole national accreditation body and has the aim to implement the state policy in the field of accreditation and conformity assessment, giving confidence in the technical competence, impartiality and integrity of accredited conformity assessment bodies and to promote free movement of products, increasing competitiveness of the product and services, protection of consumer&#8217;s rights and interests, ensuring the protection of life, health and safety of people and the environment.<\/p>\n<p>MOLDAC is operating in accordance with provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, legislative acts, decrees of President of the Republic of Moldova, ordinances, normative acts and provisions of the Government, the international treaties to which the Republic Moldova is party,\u00a0<strong>ISO \/ IEC 17011<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/LexUriServ\/LexUriServ.do?uri=OJ:L:2008:218:0030:0047:en:PDF\">Regulation (EC) 765\/2008<\/a>,<\/strong>\u00a0EA, IAF, ILAC documents, , and with the provisions of\u00a0<strong>Regulation of MOLDAC<\/strong>, approved by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/acreditare.md\/public\/files\/documente_informative\/eng\/2-HG-77-Regulamentul-MOLDAC-%20modif-11.05.2018%20ENG.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Government Decision no. 77 of 25.01.2013 on the reorganization of the State Enterprise &#8220;Centre of Accreditation in the field of Products Conformity Assessment&#8221;.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The primary objective of MOLDAC is to maintain the signatory status of Bilateral Recognition Agreement with the European Cooperation for Accreditation.<br \/>\nMOLDAC was subjected to peer evaluation on the basis of clear and transparent assessment criteria and procedures, established by the European and international accreditation bodies EA, IAF, ILAC.<br \/>\nMOLDAC comply in its activity with the basic principles of accreditation:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 use of sole assessment procedures, harmonized with European and international rules, for the accreditation of conformity assessment bodies;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0 competence and impartiality;<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00a0 transparency, public availability and credibility;<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 representation of public interests;<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 free access, without discrimination, of all applicants to the accreditation process;<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0independence towards the possible predominance of any specific interests;<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 ensuring the confidentiality and keeping the professional and trade secret;<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 impartial examination of appeals and complaints;<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 the voluntary nature of accreditation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Accreditation activity is n public authority activity officially recognized.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;ACREDITARE &#8211; COMPETEN\u0162\u0102 \u015eI \u00ceNCREDERE&#8221; font_container=&#8221;tag:h2|font_size:25|text_align:center|line_height:1&#8243; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221; el_class=&#8221;mb-3&#8243;][vc_column_text]National Accreditation Centre from Republic of Moldova (MOLDAC) is a public institution, monitored by a specialized body of the central public administration in charge of quality infrastructure, established by\u00a0Law No. 235 of 01.12.2011 on accreditation and conformity assessment activities.
